Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, personal care items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare, hair or beard products.

How to start a return

Email info@hairarchitects.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be refunded.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, and we cover all shipping costs. This is on us, not you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Non-returnable

Opened personal care products, gift cards, and sale items marked final.
