Order processing

Orders are made to order and typically take 5–9 business days to produce and prepare before they ship.

Shipping times after dispatch

United States and Canada: 3–5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii may take 5–8 business days.
International: 5–14 business days.

Total estimated delivery

Most US orders arrive within 8–14 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where orders ship from

Grooming and skincare products ship from our North American production partner. Fitness and accessory items ship from a separate fulfillment partner and may arrive on a different schedule; each order is tracked separately, and a multi-item order may arrive in more than one delivery.
